Happy New Year
Each of us has much more hidden inside us than we have had a chance to explore. Unless we create an environment that enables us to discover the limits of our potential, we will never know what we have inside of us. Go and explore what might be hidden inside you in 2009!

Christmas 2008

Christmas 2008 did not really seam like Christmas to us this year. We went to Arizona to spend Christmas at Mom's. It was in the fifty's and rain showers. No Christmas tree, presents but there was family. We had Christmas dinner at the club house with all of Mom's neighbors in the park.
We started our vacation flying to Las Vegas and spending 2 days there. This is A&E at M&M world.

Here I am with Mom doing some Geocaching on our drive from Las Vegas to Williams, Arizona.

Cruiers Cafe 66 in Williams, Az. We had dinner here and enjoyed checking out all the memorabilia for Route 66.

Here we are getting ready to take the train to the Grand Canyon. There was a shot out with the Federal Marshall and some train robberys before the train left. It was a cold morning. It snow a bit over night. More snow fell while we were in the Grand Canyon.

We did not get to see much of the Grand Canyon because it was snowing most of the time we were there. When it did clear it was beautiful with all the snow.

From there we went to Mesa, Arizona and spent four days at my Mom's house. During our stay we went to see two moives, Bed Times Stories and Maude & Me. They were both good movies. We also went to the Desert Botanical Gardens to see the Chilhuly - A Nature in Glass display. This is just a few photos. I was awesome so see the glass works amongest the catus plants.

The last thing we did was to go to the Pheoniz Zoo Lights. We Andrew got to ride a Camel. Evan did not want to ride one.

Elk at the end of the JV game. They lost but it was a good game. ELK carried the ball through the line many times and has the bruises to show for it. It takes quite a few to bring him down.

MF Youth Football Varsity team wins the Requa bowl and brings home the trophy. It was a very intense game. Final score was 38-22. We played the McKay Bucks who have won the Requa bowl the last few years.
What can I say ADK had a great season. Was starting QB most of the time. Down fall is them was lacking blocking on the line. As you can see from this photo. The BQ got sacked. They played Pendleton in the game. They were big and very fast off the line.

ADK is the QB handing the ball off the M and B is running in the lead blocker.

ELK is playing in the MF Youth Football team for 3-4 grade. He plays both offense and defense. He is a great ball carrier and it talk quite a bit of effort of the other team to get him stopped when he gets going. In the photo he carried the ball for a first down. He is have a great season. Then team is not doing quite so well. They have won 2 out of 5 games so far and have 2 left till the playoffs. The varsity team is doing much better. They are undefeated so far and will be playing in the playoffs for sure.

September 2008

Football Season is here!!

Fall is Here!!!

Andrew will be playing for Central Middle School this year on the 7th grade team.

Evan is playing with the Youth Football League on the 3rd/4th grade team. He will be playing the position of full back.

Dad had recovered from his knee surgery and will not be standing on the side lines holding the yard marker. This year he will be standing on the side lines as a coach. Coaching what we don't know.

Mom is in the background active on the Youth Football board as treasurer, photographer and all the other stuff she does. Since she is the photographer it is hard to get a photo of her.
